(4)The Department will consider any comments or recommendations resulting from this review prior to approving the access permit. (2)The distance from the edge of pavement of the intersecting highway to the radius of the first permitted driveway shall be a minimum of 20 feet on curbed highways and 30 feet on uncurbed highways.
