I only sell new items for a reason so i dont have all the issues that i have read on this posting. Others have sold at steep discounts to recoup investor money or shutdown completely. This IS NOT the bag I soldyou cant even see the entire bag shes claiming is mineand yet Poshmark approved the return! and within minutes the items had offers and instant sales.

I think sometimes sellers forget that buyers are on these second hand sites because some people and families cant afford to buy new. A buyer can go anywhere they choose to buy , but not so much for the seller , so sellers are a dime a dozen , but not so much a buyer .And they know a disgruntled buyer will probably never return , but if a seller has made some pretty good money they will blow off some steam , but will continue to stay . I truly love so many people I have grown to know that I doubt I can ever leave completely but ebay is looking easier, less time consuming, and oddly enough less annoying. Thanks for all the info! Poshmark literally tells them what to do to return an item. People offer half the price for a listing. Posh will also examine the pics you posted online and the description.
Account - Poshmark I am willing to give deals but the gall that some have is unfathomable. The low ballers are completely out of control & the amount of fake and replicas on posh are also out of control. Also if you go on youtube there are tons of videos on reselling, online business, etc. I have all 5 stars And I totally agree re: giant time suck. Im going nuts. I also wonder how they want you to add any evidence when a case is opened and posh does not even disclose what the case was opened for? Currently using Poshmark, but it needs so much improvement and yes, I put so much effort into packaging my items making sure each is clean and free of pilling, etc., wrapping in pretty paper, sending thank you notes, including little cosmetic samples and chocolates, etc, etc. Before Poshmark though, I sold on eBay for a time so Im no stranger to hard work. Her reply was less than professional and she chided me for waiting almost four days to rate and give feedback and for suggesting that the dress should have sold for a lower price due to the unrevealed staining. But I wont. She claimed it arrived with holes in it. I had the same bad experience. , and that the RARE collectors items I have listed high are being sold by many others at the same price point so of course Im going to try to make the money where I can PLUS I spent sourcing & research effort m time , money , tax and shipping cost to get that items and of course Im going to try to profit if i can esp when I am losing money on so much other stuff to balance things out but my biggest under was why does she care what Im doing? I end up making negative after the shipping, but I was just happy to help someone cause Im a nice person.What happens to me? It was great while it lasted. Wowthat was my very first sale. These are the people you rush to the post office for so you can get their item delivered ASAP, but thenonce they get it, they dont even bother tomark it as received. Poshmark will not side with you ever. Also, really hard to spot bad buyers as sellers cannot leave negative feedback (we used to be able to in the early days)!

The support group way over exaggerated their sales, and gave young mothers the impression that they could do this and care for children and make 100,000-300,000 a yr. I had told them I was happy with the other items, and only wanted a refund for the damaged top, plus the money off that was promised in the description. After a couple of years hiatus on Reddit as well, I decided recently to check-in on the 2-most popular Poshmark subreddits. Therefore if you wanted 10 items from 10 different closets, you will be paying over $60 in shipping costs!!
My Closet - Poshmark Seeing the number of comments here going on about what a shitstorm Poshmark is here just tells me to stay the hell away from it. It would be less frustrating if it were on an used item, but I have a buyer now reporting to poshmark that my brand new top with tag! I am in the process of closing my closet. I had/have a $500 bag listed and the same buyer kept offering me $200 or less claiming it was reasonable which it obviously isnt and wanted to argue about it claiming it was too high and thats why I hadnt sold it. Im pretty much over Poshmark myself. I contacted Poshmark Support to let them know, but they never responded.
